Common Questions

Keys Club FAQ

You earn 20 points per trip day on every qualifying booking made through Turo. Longer trips earn bonus points — 50 extra for 7+ day trips and 150 extra for 14+ day trips. Your tier multiplier is applied automatically.

Standard members retain their status as long as at least one booking occurs in the following year. Concierge status lasts 12 months from your last completed booking with a rolling retention structure. Points reset annually except under Concierge's rolling plan.

Complimentary days require a minimum 3-day booking and are applied proportionally across the reservation total. They are subject to blackout dates, vehicle eligibility is based on your booking history, and taxes and fees are excluded.

Yes — all vehicles in the Tread Auto Group fleet on Turo qualify for Keys Club points. Simply book through our Turo profile and points are tracked per completed trip.

Referral bonuses are issued only after your referred guest completes a qualifying 3+ day trip. Referral abuse may result in point forfeiture or removal from the program.

Points are non-transferable and tied to your individual Keys Club membership. Each account accumulates points independently based on their own qualifying bookings.
